I was asked to develop a presentation for the senior leadership team (SLT) in order to teach them about art production in interactive design. This presentation addresses their desire to shift from a book publishing company to an EdTech company that delivers interactive products for kids to learn literacy, math, and science. Copyright materials and company-specific strategy slides have been removed.

Key Successes:
Team output increased from two to five product launches per year.
Standardization allowed for more ambitious art and game design per development cycle.
Clearly defined lock-in points prevented stagnation or indecision, as well as incentivized collaboration between the writers, artists, engineers, and business stakeholders.
